Shipping & Return Policy

Incase of any shipping related queries, read below.

We strive to process your order within 24 hours. However, orders placed during weekends or holidays may require a bit more time. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of the items in your order and the shipping service level you choose. Please note that the day your package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse does not count as the first business day.

Note:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Economy

Ships within 9 days, arrives 10 business days after the order was placed.

Standard

Ships within 5 days, arrives 6 business days after the order was placed.

Preferred

Ships within 3 days, arrives 4 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited

Ships within 2 days, arrives 3 business days after the order was placed.

Express

Ships within 1 day, arrives 2 business days after the order was placed.

North America

For North American orders, we offer a flat rate of $4.95 when FedEx SmartPost is selected. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost:

  • Ground (2-5 days): $8.95
  • 3-Day Shipping: $19.95
  • 2-Day Shipping: $29.95

Free Shipping on all North American orders over $200

International

International orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $14.95. Please be aware that this shipping cost does not include duties and taxes, as these vary depending on the destination country.

Returns

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the return/exchange form included with your order. If you no longer have this form, you can download a new one here.

For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can provide you with appropriate return instructions. Please note that made-to-order items are non-returnable.
